Great reporting requires being physically present where the story unfolds. LivingWellUganda operates dedicated, active bureaus anchored in Kampala, Busia, Hoima, and Jinja. Our network of hyper-local correspondents lives and works within the communities they cover, establishing deep local trust.

This decentralised structure enables us to provide rapid, authentic coverage of local court rulings, land division freezes, trade lane shifts, and village updates. We bridge the gap between national policy and everyday village life, ensuring no community's voice is left unheard.

How we cover ground

Each bureau publishes a weekly regional brief plus long-form features. Correspondents work with district clerks, water officers and sub-county chairpersons to verify what actually reaches households.
